What Shade Trees Do to a Concrete Driveway

Trees are great - until they hang over your driveway. The shade they create keeps moisture locked in, and that moisture is exactly what algae and grime need to take hold. Once it dried down, the concrete looked completely different. Clean, bright, and uniform from the street to the garage. The dark patches from the shaded areas were gone, and the surface texture came back the way it's supposed to look.
